Mr. Medrano is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst and specializes in forensic accounting, business valuations and mergers & acquisitions. He regularly assists clients with business and individual taxation issues, valuation studies for S-Corporation elections, shareholder buy-outs and transactional work related to business sales. Clients enjoy and appreciate Ray's work with them on their small business accounting and financial matters. Mr. Medrano is a graduate of Fresno State University.
